SERVICES
Luxury Full-Service Renovation
Luxury Full-Service Renovation is for those doing new builds, full renovations and/or remodeling. We will create a Design Plan to rebuild your home or commercial space from scratch. This can include but is not limited to coming up with new, more functional configurations of your space/floor plans, source all new materials needed such as cabinetry, tile, countertops, paint colors, finishes, fixtures, etc. We will collaborate and coordinate with your contractor to ensure the design execution and the vision is achieved. SLD will take your renovation from start to finish, you won't believe how we will completely transform your home!
Luxury Full-Service Design & Furnishing
Luxury Full-Service Design & Furnishing is our most exclusive and comprehensive design package. This service is about fully updating a room with minimal construction. Think adding wallpaper, decorative millwork, new lighting, and furniture. SLD will redesign your home or commercial space from start to finish making it both beautiful and functional. This package includes floor plans, 3D drawings, working with all tradespeople, sourcing and procuring all furniture and accessories, and installing for that final wow moment. You will not believe it's the same space when we are done with it!
Hourly Consultation
Hourly Consultation is for those who have limited needs and want to have a designer on retainer. If you don't need a full-fledged design but need support and guidance over a period of time, this is for you. Note there is a 10 hour minimum.
